  • How do I adopt a pet?

You can fill out an application for a dog and we will set up a meet and greet or you can visit us at an adoption event.

  • Are there any adoption requirements?

You must be 21 to adopt

Most dogs will be adopted within 2 hours of st louis

We require references, and a home visit also.

  • How to avoid picking the wrong pet?

Via your application and any following conversations we will help you find a pet that fits your family and/or home.

  • Vet Q&A: Are pets for adoption healthy?

All pets are vaccinated, chipped, spayed/neutered, dewormed

We may adopt out a dog with a medical condition, what TFC will cover in cost would be discussed.
